Peter Rabbit Red Snapper
A gin variation on a Bloody Mary with added Carrots. With apologies to Beatrix Potter and Mr McGregor.
300ml Spiced Tomato Juice
50g Frozen Baby Carrots (no need to defrost!)
35ml Gin
Ice, frozen baby carrots and celery to garnish
Blitz together the spiced tomato juice and frozen baby carrots in a blender until smooth.
Add the Gin and stir well to combine.
Pour into a tall glass, add the garnish, serve and enjoy!
